Construction has started on the latest development in Cherry Hill Village.  The Corners is being developed by Pinnacle Homes and will consist of 97 village lots with homes starting at about $250,000 – $300,000.  The Corners includes a large feature park off the primary Denton Road entrance, two smaller common areas, and connections to Cherry Hill Village at Harding and Hancock Streets.  In addition, two streets will connect to Cherry Hill Road through the commercial development zone.

The Corners will be a separate home owner association from Cherry Hill Village, but will still follow The Pattern Book.  Specific home plans have not been announced yet.

The Corners

The Corners is planned to be constructed in two phases.  The first phase will consist of the northern lots connecting to Harding Street and the east side streetscape improvements along Denton Road .  The balance will be completed the following year.

The original plan, shown below, was developed by the Village Architect and incorporated many of the same ideas.  It included multiple common areas and preserved a commercial development zone along Cherry Hill Village.  The original plan also included duplex units (shown in orange) and estate lots (shown in pale yellow).  These duplex units and estate lots were removed in the final plan to scale back the overall density of the development.
